I find those places, price them and build the fix. If automation makes no sense for you, I'll say so.

Sound familiar?

Someone retypes the same data from an email into your system. Every day.

Supplier invoices get keyed into accounting by hand.

The phone rings, nobody picks up — the client calls someone else.

The monthly report means stitching five files together and half a day gone.

A form enquiry sits in an inbox until tomorrow morning.

Your team asks “how do we actually use AI here?” — and there's no answer.

Before you book

How much does an automation project cost?

The consultation is free and takes 30 minutes — there is no invoice and no obligation attached to it. The cost of the build itself depends on how many systems need integrating; during the consultation you get a price range and a time estimate before you decide anything. A typical implementation in a small or mid-sized company lands within 2–4 weeks. If the estimated cost exceeds what you would recover in staff time, I say so directly and do not propose a project.

Is the consultation just a sales call?

No. We spend 30 minutes analysing your processes, and you leave with a list of 2–3 specific areas worth automating and at least one improvement you can implement yourself — even if we never work together. If automation makes no sense for your company, you will hear that plainly. An honest assessment is cheaper for both of us than a project that never pays for itself.

Is my company too small for automation?

Automation starts paying off the moment somebody repeats the same task a few times a week — not at a particular company size. I work with service and trading companies from 5 people up, with clinics and private practices, and with individual departments inside larger organisations. The more unusual your process, the more often it turns out that off-the-shelf software does not cover it — which is exactly why it is worth automating to fit.

How much of my own time will the implementation take?

On your side it is usually 2–3 hours in total: a conversation about how the process works today, access to your systems, and sign-off on the finished solution. Building, testing and launching are on me. A typical implementation takes 2–4 calendar weeks and does not block your team's daily work — the existing process keeps running until the moment we switch over.

  • A list of 2–3 processes in your company that can be automated
  • A time and cost estimate for the build
